1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

In peak periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — but we always do our best to dispatch quickly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times and rates are as follows:

Domestic (within India)

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): Free on orders over INR 1000

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Flat rate INR 100

International

  • Standard International Shipping (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout based on location

  • Express International Shipping (3–7 business days): Available in select regions

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime via the link provided.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

UNIHLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@unihlc.com. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.
